The Big Chef's Mobile Munchies...
Welcome to our new Food Section.
After years of live shows at exhibitions and sharing a host of recipes through radio and television, I now plan to introduce you to the joys of cooking while away... whether you are in your caravan, motorhome, trailer tent or boat or even enjoying a picnic away from it all!
Over the coming months I will be cooking using portable gas stoves, burners, hobs and barbeques. I will also use a variety of cookware, including double skillets, pasta and ice-cream makers plus a variety of utensils including our trademark flexible bakeware.
My recipes will be quick and easy to produce and will use seasonal, locally sourced products when possible. I will also introduce you to a range of staple ‘must haves’ such as olive oil, rape seed, herbs and spices to help liven the most basic dish. Our Recipes Section will include a variety of meals to suit almost any taste and occasion.
And for good measure I will also be able to share some of the many cookery hints and tips I have learnt, which are well chronicled in one of my books, ‘The Greatest Cookery Tips In The World’.
I hope you enjoy your journey into the World of Culinary Delights as much as I have over many, many years of sharing my experiences.
