CAR-A-TOW Folding Towing Frames have been available since 1990.
Distributed through the TOWCentre, they have been developed specifically for the modern motorcaravanner and are clean, quick and easy to use.
The CAR-A-TOW folding towing frame attaches to a strong pull-bar fitted to the front of the car and secured with locking pins.
The simple operation to attach the towing frame, connect the braking system, plug in the electrics and attach the number plate, should take no more than 2 to 3 minutes... It's that easy.
The CAR A TOW folding towing frame system is a fraction of the weight of a trailer – and doesn’t need parking space on site or at home. TOWCentre now offers the CAR-A-TOW in a comprehensive kit, plus all components are available individually for those who wish to fit their own systems. For the majority of customers who want the system fitted by experienced professionals, in association with our trained and approved fitting agents, a complete design, fabrication and fitting service is available for your chosen car.

Note regarding Legality:
The Department for Transport stated : " When an A frame is attached to a vehicle (e.g. a motor car) and towed by a motor vehicle (e.g. a motorhome) we believe the A frame and car become a single unit and as such are classified in legislation as a trailer " " We believe the use of A frames to tow cars behind other vehicles is legal provided the braking and lighting requirements are met".
